“I love to learn new things and I want to be there when we unravel the
mysteries of the R-Loop!”

the roles R-Loops play for alternative splicing when plant seedlings transition from growing in the dark to developing in the light. Additionally, I aim to investigate which RNases are involved in resolving R-Loops in plants and what their functions are. I am also interested in how UV light affects alternative splicing and R-Loops inplants.

I like to cycle, repair bikes and go for a hike.
